You don’t need to arrive with clarity.
You don’t need to know what to say.
You don’t need to explain why you’re tired.

A Private Support Session exists for women navigating burnout, identity exhaustion, and emotional over-responsibility — especially when holding it together has become your default, even while something inside you is quietly depleted.

This is one-to-one support designed to meet your nervous system where it actually is. Not to push you forward. Not to analyze you. Not to ask you to try harder. The work here is slow, attuned, and grounded in embodied recovery — allowing what has been held for too long to soften safely.

You are not expected to perform insight.
You are not required to have a goal.
You are not asked to be ready.

The session unfolds based on what your body is prepared to release, integrate, or simply rest from. Sometimes that looks like clarity. Sometimes it looks like relief. Sometimes it looks like finally not carrying everything alone.

This is support that does not demand improvement.
    It offers steadiness instead.

You don’t have to know what’s wrong to be supported.

You only have to stop holding it by yourself.

Private Support Sessions are appropriate if you’re experiencing:

Burnout that hasn’t responded to rest

Emotional exhaustion from being the steady one

Difficulty feeling safe enough to slow down

A sense of disconnection from yourself

Nervous system depletion that words haven’t resolved

There is no expectation that one session will “fix” anything.
The intention is simpler — to create a place where your system can finally exhale.

If this invitation feels relieving rather than impressive, that’s the signal.

You don’t need to be certain.
You only need to feel supported.
