Anchored exists for women who are ready to stop doing that.

This mentorship is not about pushing forward, becoming more, or fixing what’s broken. It is ongoing, steady support for women who are capable, self-aware, and quietly exhausted — and who no longer want to be the one holding everything together by themselves.

What This Mentorship Is

Held is a long-term, attuned mentorship grounded in nervous-system safety, emotional truth, and sustained support.

It is designed for women who:

• have done the inner work, but are still depleted

• are tired of being the steady one without support

• feel the cost of over-functioning and over-responsibility

• want their lives to feel calmer, clearer, and more sustainable — not more optimized

This is not crisis care.
It is not coaching toward outcomes.
It is not a program you perform well or complete.

Held is a place where your system is allowed to soften over time — because it no longer has to stay braced.

How Christine Holds This Work

Christine does not approach burnout as something to overcome.

She understands it as a protective response that formed in environments where you learned to be capable, responsible, and composed — often at the expense of rest, expression, and support.

Her role in this mentorship is not to push or provoke.
